Hip Bracing

Hip bracing is generally used to control the range of motion of the hip joint during rehabilitation of an acute injury or post-operatively. Other types of hip bracing can promote external rotation and abduction of the hip to help with pain, resulting from impingement or osteoarthritis. Alternatively, compression shorts can provide stability to the hip joints and reduce inflammation.
